You can send us links to any properties that you see advertised on the internet to let us understand your style and the outlook you wish for. We can also verify availability and suitability of these properties, in advance of your visit in order to optimize your valuable time at the viewing stage.
We offer video viewings for all our luxury properties as well as videoing a specific element of a property at different times of day. Taking into consideration important factors such as outlook, potential noise, environmental aspects and security or any other special concerns you may have.
We can recommend the current hot spots, the renown locations and luxury urbanisations whilst guiding you in relation to any problematic areas. There is no point having a luxury property in a location that doesn´t offer the luxury lifestyle.
We will help to make your travel arrangements, from flights, to airport transfers, hotels, rental villas and restaurant reservations. The area has a lot of accommodation on offer, from luxury villas to beach front hotels and golf resorts. If you are looking for a leisurely property hunt to coincide with a holiday or if you´re short of time and need a more structured multi-property visit in just a day or two, we will ensure your trip runs like clockwork.
Luxury Javea will organise viewings of properties in accordance with your agreed itinerary. We will ensure we have researched the property and have all the information to answer any questions you may have. Collecting you from your accommodation and coordinating viewings as well as leaving time for refreshments during the day. This can include tours of specific areas, showing proximity to beaches, marinas, golf, shops, and restaurants. We want you to find the best property for you.
If required, we can introduce you to a mortgage broker who deals with clients of all nationalities to find them the best Spanish mortgage.
We have the benefit of an Economista (Accountant) who gives fantastic advice on the tax implications of owning a property in Spain, as a holiday home or as a permanent resident. We recommend that you take the option of this free advice before you start the purchase process.
We can also arrange an appointment with the manager of the bank that would be most suitable for you.
We have a long running relationship with an international currency broker, who also has a physical office here in Javea. They promise to beat any quote you have been given and, in many cases, can provide an excellent cost-effective service for transfers not related to your transaction. They can also take over much of the red tape involved in a high value purchase including being present for certain functions.
Residency - Visas
If you are not a resident of the European Union and want to live permanently in Spain there are various options from a working or self-employed visa to a “non-lucrative visa” or a “golden visa”. Our legal advisor can help decide what type of visa is best for you and help you to apply.
If you are wanting to purchase a holiday home for short stay holiday visits, a visa is not usually required, again our legal advisor can assist with this.
